Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service area
- Work with other staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Customer-focused and friendly attitude
