Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Present menus and recommend drinks and food items.
- Upsell premium drinks, bottles, and special packages.
- Monitor guests throughout their stay and respond to their needs promptly.
- Process bills accurately.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary .
- Ensure assigned tables remain clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
