Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. She maintains a clean and organized service area, adheres to all food safety and hygiene standards, and supports smooth restaurant operations.

Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level : Entry level
Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus
Ensure guest’s order is delivered in a timely manner.
Upon delivering an order to a guest, you must place a call via intercom if there is no response after knocking on the door
Ensure customers provide a feedback on the menu form
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues to the chef
Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
Ensure bill payments of order in a timely manner
Ensure complementary beverages (milk,tea, sugar) are returned when guests do not take them.
