Responsibilities;
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through menu options
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints
- Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the service area
- Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Promote menu items, specials, and upsell where appropriate
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
