Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and staying attentive to the needs of guests.
- Taking orders and serving food/beverages to guests.
- Ensuring that food/drink orders are made correctly by kitchen staff or bartenders and ensuring the order looks presentable for guests.
- Deliver cheques and collect bill payments.
- Creating a general positive experience for guests.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or BSC in relevant fields.
- Must be a beautiful female.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Strong observational and organizational skills.
- A suggestive sales approach in sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with financial electronic equipment like POS.
- Proper hygiene with a very good fashion sense.
