Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, provide information on menu items, and make recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Ensure tables are properly set up before and during service.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Process customer bills and coordinate with the cashier when necessary.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of an SSCE
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must reside in Kubwa, Abuja, or within a reasonable commuting distance.
