Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
- Accurately take customer orders at the counter
- Ensure cleanliness of serving counters, trays, tables, and customer dining areas
- Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices, and ongoing promotions
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process cash, card, or electronic transactions.
- Count cash accurately, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shift.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
