Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell where necessary
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-organized
- Process bills and ensure proper payment confirmation before customers leave
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain proper hygiene and appearance standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage.
