Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests, present menus, answer questions, offer recommendations
- Order Management: Accurately take and enter orders (using POS systems), communicate special requests/allergies to kitchen/bar, and ensure order accuracy and presentation.
- Service Delivery: Assist the Kitchen staff to promptly serve food and beverages, prepare tables (linens, silverware), and handle electronic payments
- Dining Area Maintenance: Keep dining areas tidy, reset tables after guests leave, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling
Requirements:
