Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests, managing orders, and providing a positive dining experience.
- Recording orders accurately and delivering food promptly to customers.
- Clearing tables (bussing), wiping surfaces, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
- Recommending items and providing information on ingredients or potential allergens.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Restocking supplies, polishing cutlery, and setting up service areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum WASSCE or equivalent.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- All candidates must be physically fit, medically fit, neat, and courteous.
- All candidates should leave close to the location.
