Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase WaaS product sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the web hosting and domain market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.
Account Management
- Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth billing, renewals, and service upgrades.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across hosting, domains, and related services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor sales performance, customer subscriptions, server health, and renewals.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and service delivery.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Mentor and train junior team members where required.
- Establish partnerships with stakeholders in tech communities for product visibility.
- Build collaborations with government agencies (e.g., CAC) to capture the SME/startup domain services market.
Product Development & Market Insights
- Define and enhance web hosting and domain products in line with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap to align with business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–6 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in cloud or digital infrastructure solutions.
- Proven success in selling AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, digital infrastructure, and solution-based selling
