Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase WaaS product sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the web hosting and domain market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.


Account Management

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth billing, renewals, and service upgrades.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across hosting, domains, and related services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor sales performance, customer subscriptions, server health, and renewals.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and service delivery.


Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams for seamless operations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members where required.
  • Establish partnerships with stakeholders in tech communities for product visibility.
  • Build collaborations with government agencies (e.g., CAC) to capture the SME/startup domain services market.


Product Development & Market Insights

  • Define and enhance web hosting and domain products in line with customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap to align with business strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in cloud or digital infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven success in selling AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.
