Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide aspiring professionals in your area of expertise.
• Conduct one-on-one or group mentorship sessions.
• Share practical industry knowledge, career advice, and best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback on projects, portfolios, or career development.
• Encourage and motivate mentees throughout their learning journey.
• Participate in scheduled mentorship activities as agreed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in your technology field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing aspiring professionals.
• Ability to commit 2 to 4 hours per week consistently.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for virtual mentorship sessions.
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
