Volunteer Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager

The Women Reform Organization (WRO) is looking for a passionate and results-driven Volunteer Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to join our global team immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about women’s empowerment, global partnerships, and impact-driven initiatives.

About the Role

As our Volunteer Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager, you will lead efforts to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that support our programs, including international conferences, women empowerment initiatives, and entrepreneurship development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities with corporations, foundations, and international organizations

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with WRO’s mission

• Develop sponsorship proposals and partnership packages

• Engage potential partners through outreach, networking, and relationship management

• Support fundraising and partnership strategies for WRO events and initiatives

• Collaborate with the leadership team to expand WRO’s global partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in sponsorship acquisition, partnerships, fundraising, or business development

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and proposal writing ability

• Passion for women empowerment and social impact initiatives

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience with NGOs, international development, or conferences is an advantage

Location: Remote (Global applicants welcome)
