Role Description
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Design simple graphics and promotional posts using tools like Canva
- Write captions, hashtags, and engagement-focused content
- Help promote events, educational programs, and community initiatives
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when needed
- Assist with social media growth strategies and audience engagement
- Collaborate with leadership on branding and outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Interest in social media, marketing, communications, or nonprofit work
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools is a plus
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Passion for community impact and youth empowerment
