Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Community Manager (Volunteer) to support our online presence, strengthen our storytelling, and nurture a vibrant and engaged digital community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about gender justice, digital communication, and youth empowerment.
You will manage our social media platforms, coordinate monthly newsletters, maintain basic website updates, and help shape a consistent, values-driven digital voice for Girls and Goals organization’s mission.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong writing and digital communication skills.
- Experience using social media platforms professionally.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for gender equality, youth development, or SRHR (major advantage).
- Highly organised with good time management skills.
