Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Include generating and refining AI prompts, conducting research on agritech trends, markets, competitors, and business models, and summarising findings into actionable insights.
• The role also involves assisting with brainstorming business ideas using AI.
• For affiliate marketing support, the candidate will help identify profitable niches and products, contribute to content ideas (blogs, social media, emails), assist with basic setup (platforms, accounts, product links), and track simple performance metrics such as clicks and engagement.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have a basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and a willingness to learn advanced prompting techniques. Strong internet research skills are essential, including the ability to find, verify, and summarise information clearly. Good written English and clear communication are required.
• The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently when needed.
• Basic technical skills should include familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets or Excel for simple data entry. The ability to format documents, organise research into structured summaries, and a basic understanding of social media platforms are expected.
• The ideal candidate is curious, reliable, responsive, and willing to learn.
• They should be able to take initiative, adapt quickly, and remain open to feedback.
• Nice-to-have (but not required): prior experience as a virtual assistant (even informally), exposure to AI prompting or content creation, basic Canva or design skills, and an interest in entrepreneurship or startups.
