Job summary
The Videographer & Graphic Designer creates, edits, and produces high-quality video and graphic content that captures the BEYOND Fitness experience. This role supports brand growth through engaging fitness stories, visual campaigns, and member journeys, across both video and design formats.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Produce engaging fitness and wellness video content, and supporting graphics, that align with BEYOND's brand voice.
- Create compelling visual stories showcasing members, trainers, and gym culture.
Video Editing & Graphic Design
- Film, edit, and deliver high-quality videos using professional equipment and software.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Ensure sound, graphics, and visual quality meet brand standards.
Innovation & Creativity
- Research industry trends and experiment with new content formats and design styles.
- Proactively pitch new video and graphic campaigns to grow engagement.
Organisation & Time Management
- Maintain a content production calendar.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with coaches, front-of-house staff, and management.
- Clearly communicate requirements, schedules, and progress updates.
Customer Engagement & Professionalism
- Capture authentic client stories and interact with members respectfully and professionally during shoots.
Reliability, Flexibility & Culture Fit
- Deliver quality work consistently and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong storytelling, filming, editing, and design skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
