* Everyevery — a media publication house that creates blogs, podcasts, and other digital content.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, understands social media trends, and can create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement across Intelape Limited and its brands.

You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and helping publish high-quality content across our digital platforms for Intelape Limited, Zuma Coffee, and Everyevery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
• Create engaging content for:

* Instagram

* TikTok

* LinkedIn

* YouTube

* X (Twitter)

* WhatsApp

• Produce content for Intelape Limited, Zuma Coffee, and Everyevery, including:

* Brand stories

* Product videos

* Coffee-related content

* Blog and podcast promotions

* Behind-the-scenes footage

* Interviews

* Event coverage

• Edit videos with captions, transitions, graphics, and sound to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform best practices.
• Optimize content for reach using SEO principles, hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific features.
• Organize and maintain video files and content assets.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and basic social media management.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, reels, teasers, and promotional assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Experience filming with both smartphones and professional cameras.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
• lKnowledge of content creation best practices for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and WhatsApp.
• Understanding of social media management and content scheduling.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO and how to optimize content for discoverability across search engines and social platforms.
• Resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for brands, businesses, or media publications.
• Photography skills are an added advantage.
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience creating content for food, beverage, lifestyle, or media brands is an advantage.
• Familiarity with podcast production or promotional content is a bonus.
