Job summary
As part of our growth, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency. You will be responsible for editing high-impact videos used across marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and client projects.

Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content strategists to bring concepts to life.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and basic animations where required.
- Ensure videos align with TSM’s brand tone, quality standards, and storytelling style.
- Optimize video formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, timing, and transitions.
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert ideas into engaging visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
- Creative mindset with business awareness.
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Team-oriented and communicative.
