Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute comprehensive background checks on all professionals before deployment.
- Verify addresses, guarantors, employment history, and personal identification documents.
- Conduct home and office visits for authenticity and compliance verification.
- Maintain accurate records of all verification activities in the company database.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to approve only verified candidates for placement.
- Identify and flag potential risks or inconsistencies for further investigation.
- Uphold Pukena’s reputation by ensuring every professional is reliable, safe, and trustworthy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
