Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions or instructional programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners.
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and session outlines.
- Lead group discussions, activities, and interactive exercises.
- Encourage participant engagement and active involvement.
- Clarify concepts and provide practical examples to enhance understanding.
- Assess participants’ progress through evaluations, assignments, or feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- No experience/less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
