- Ability to remain neutral and impartial during discussions.
- Proficiency in using facilitation tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in facilitation or communication (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator) are a plus.
