Valet Runner/Delivery Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver laundry, linens, guest items, documents, supplies, and other materials to designated locations.
• Transport items between departments, including housekeeping, laundry, reception, stores, and other operational units.
• Deliver items to guests, customers, or external destinations promptly and professionally.
• Verify items against delivery requests to ensure accuracy before collection and delivery.
• Obtain confirmation or signatures for deliveries where required.
• Handle all items carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement.
• Respond promptly to delivery requests from supervisors and other departments.
• Communicate professionally with guests, customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and arranging items when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and pending requests.
• Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed items to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep delivery trolleys, baskets, and other assigned equipment clean and in good condition.
• Follow company procedures for handling guest property, confidential documents, and valuable items.
• Maintain a neat appearance and uphold the organization's service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
  
• A minimum of an SSCE
