Role Description

This is an unpaid, remote internship role for a UX Designer. The UX Designer Intern will support the design of user-centered digital products by conducting research, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience across web and mobile platforms while aligning with Flux Creative Technologies’ product goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of UX design principles and processes

Experience using design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar

•
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes

•
Understanding of user research methods and usability testing

•
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork

Familiarity with design systems and accessibility principles is a plus

Passion for digital products and user-centered design is a plus
