User Interface Designer

About the role

We’re building a modern telehealth experience inside a clinician-facing EHR and patient portal. We need a skilled UI/UX designer to shape the landing page and core product flows so patients and providers feel confident, calm, and productive.

What you’ll own

- Design a polished landing page that communicates the product’s value clearly and converts visitors into signups

- Create UI/UX flows for telehealth visit launch, waiting rooms, patient join experience, and provider video room

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for both desktop and mobile

- Turn product requirements into intuitive layouts, navigation, and interaction patterns

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ensure the design matches technical feasibility and brand tone

- Deliver design assets, component specs, and UX documentation for handoff

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience designing SaaS or healthcare product interfaces

- Proven work on patient-facing and clinician-facing workflows

- Solid understanding of responsive/mobile-first design

- Ability to create accessible, calm, trustworthy UI for healthcare users

- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools

- Good communication skills and comfort working directly with engineering teams

Nice to have

- Experience with telehealth, video visit UI, or patient portal design

- Knowledge of healthcare design patterns and regulations

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based development

- Experience with user research, usability testing, or customer interviews
