• Position Overview:

The Compliance Executive plays a critical role in ensuring that all student applications meet university and immigration compliance standards. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare students for University Pre-CAS interviews and UKVI credibility interviews, ensuring they understand their course, finances, and study plans clearly and confidently.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-CAS Interview Preparation (Primary Responsibility):

• Conduct mock interviews with students preparing for university Pre-CAS interviews.
• Train students on how to explain:
• Course choice and university selection
• Academic background
• Career plans after graduation
• Financial sponsorship and funding
• Ensure students understand their offer letter, CAS requirements, and course details.
• Evaluate student readiness and provide feedback before actual interviews.

2. UKVI Credibility Interview Preparation:

• Prepare students for UKVI credibility interviews conducted during visa processing.
• Conduct structured mock interviews simulating real visa interviews.
• Train students to confidently answer questions regarding:
• Study intentions in the UK
• Course relevance to previous education
• Financial capability
• Future career goals
• Identify potential risks that could lead to visa refusal and guide students accordingly.

3. Compliance & Document Verification

• Review student documents for accuracy and authenticity.
• Ensure all required documents meet university and visa compliance standards.
• Maintain complete and organized student files.

4. Application Quality Control

• Conduct final compliance checks before application submission.
• Monitor documentation consistency between application, CAS, and visa submission.
• Minimize risk of visa refusal through strong compliance checks.

5. Reporting & Record Management

• Maintain records of interview preparation sessions and outcomes.
• Track compliance status for each student application.
• Report potential compliance risks to management.
