Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from initial user research and persona mapping to wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and final UI delivery.
- Design System Ownership: Build and maintain a scalable "NairaPoint Design System" (typography, color palettes, and components) to ensure brand consistency across iOS, Android, and Web.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from real Nigerian users to identify friction points and iterate on the user journey.
- Frictionless Onboarding: Design "zero-friction" onboarding and KYC flows that reduce drop-offs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Data Visualization: Transform complex financial data, spending trends, and investment growth into beautiful, easy-to-understand charts and dashboards.
- Developer Handoff: Prepare clean, well-documented design files (Figma) and collaborate with backend and mobile developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
