UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Structuring information and creating user journeys so processes (like a checkout flow) make logical sense.
• Designing basic blueprints and clickable mockups to map out functionality before development begins.
• Watching real users interact with prototypes to identify friction and refine the experience.User Interface
• Translating wireframes into polished, visually cohesive screens using typography, color palettes, and imagery.
• Designing how buttons, dropdowns, and animations respond when a user interacts with them.
• Ensuring the interface looks good and functions perfectly across all device sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design projects.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualization interfaces.
