Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Optional: Portfolio showcasing previous design projects
