Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa/travel arrangements, and tour packages.
- Develop and sell attractive travel and holiday packages.
- Provide excellent customer service and travel guidance.
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and client travel documentation.
- Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, airline schedules, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years' experience in travel/tourism or a related role.
- Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel documentation is an advantage.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
