Job summary

ODE is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer engagement across assigned territories nationwide. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the dental industry and a strong understanding of dental clinics, dentists, and clinical workflows

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
  • Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and clinical solutions within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training sessions for customers.
  • Provide consultative support to clients by understanding their clinical and operational needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing agreements, and sales reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and professional events.
  • Drive customer retention and long-term account growth through consistent engagement and relationship management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment sales.
  • Prior experience within the dental industry is highly preferred.
  • Background as a Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, or Clinical Support Professional is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of dental products, clinical workflows, and dental practice operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories nationwide.
  • Highly motivated, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
