Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Port Harcourt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for outbound and inbound customer interactions to sell products and services, addressing client inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. This role includes building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and participating in training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge for effective customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Must be 28yrs and below at the time of application.
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience in providing Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability and willingness to participate in Training to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in using telesales tools and technology is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
