Job Summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating revenue through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to engage potential customers, communicate product benefits, and close sales over the phone.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Outbound Calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying opportunities for our products.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to create interest and drive conversions.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections with confidence and persuasive communication.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training.

  • Proven experience in Telesales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
