Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our education and travel support services
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about programs, services, and travel options.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and record client information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed periodic and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions/travel support teams to improve lead generation.
- Handle client questions and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (education/travel industry experience is an asset).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an advantage.
