Telemarketer & CRM Manager
Job summary
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for outbound sales and lead generation through high-quality telephone calls while simultaneously managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities for our custom printing services (business cards, flyers, banners, etc)

Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Sales Generation:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects, businesses, event planners, corporates, schools, churches, and government agencies to generate new sales leads for printing services.
- Present and promote Skimake Prints’ products and services professionally to close sales or book appointments.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline (from cold calls to warm leads and conversions).
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media leads, website inquiries) via phone.
- Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into orders.
CRM Management:
- Own and manage the company’s CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) – ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Segment customers and leads for targeted follow-up campaigns.
- Track all telemarketing activities, call outcomes, and sales interactions in the CRM.
- Generate regular reports on call performance, conversion rates, lead sources, and sales pipeline.
- Set up automated workflows, email sequences, and reminders to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze CRM data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and reduce customer churn.
Customer Relationship & Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support via phone and email.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and operations teams.
- Support the execution of loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
