Job Summary

The Telemarketer & Customer Support Officer will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and providing high-quality customer support across multiple channels. This role combines sales outreach, customer engagement, and problem-solving to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing & Sales Support:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote IJM Global products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos/webinars.
  • Follow up on prospects from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold calls.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales call/lead generation targets.
  • Field Visitation


Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers through solutions.
  • Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and service onboarding.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams.


Digital Tools & Communication:

  • Schedule and manage Google Meet sessions for client demos and support.
  • Use remote screen control tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) to resolve client issues.
  • Assist in Zoho Webinar sessions for customer training and product presentations.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system (Zoho CRM).


Feedback & Reporting:

  • Document customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Support team initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.


Measures of Success:

  • Sales & Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Response & Resolution.
  • Customer Retention and Tool Proficiency.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Persistent and results-oriented
