Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company services.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Explain services clearly and respond to client questions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or appointments with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Meet assigned call, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- HND in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into opportunities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
- Target-driven, organized, and persistent.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and targets.
