Job summary
The Technology / LMS & Portal Administrator will manage and support the Learning Management System (LMS) and programme portal for the iDICE BPO South-West Programme.

Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and programme portal to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user accessibility.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring secure and appropriate access for beneficiaries, trainers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Provide first- and second-line technical support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and functionality, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Support system integrations, software upgrades, platform enhancements, and the implementation of new digital solutions to improve programme delivery.
- Monitor system security, implement data protection measures, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, and applicable data privacy regulations.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, disaster recovery testing, and recovery checks to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor system dashboards, reports, and analytics to support programme monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with programme teams to configure courses, upload learning content, manage assessments, and support online learning activities.
- Liaise with software vendors, IT service providers, and external consultants to resolve platform-related issues and coordinate system improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources for system users.
- Deliver user onboarding, training, and technical guidance to staff, trainers, and beneficiaries to promote effective use of the LMS and programme portal.
- Monitor system usage, user engagement, and platform performance, recommending enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all technology systems support programme objectives and comply with donor reporting, audit, and governance requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the successful implementation of the iDICE BPO South-West Programme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in systems administration, LMS administration, IT support, or platform management.
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, Blackboard) or similar digital learning platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience working on donor-funded programmes, workforce development initiatives, or within the BPO sector is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of data security, system administration, and cloud-based applications is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment and travel within the South-West region as required.
