Technical SEO Specialist

A data-driven Technical SEO Specialist responsible for optimizing our blog and social content for visibility, performance, and growth. You will ensure our content is discoverable, ranks well, and converts, bridging technical SEO with content and distribution strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis for blog and social content. 

• Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and social content for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking). 

• Implement technical SEO best practices: site structure, indexing, crawlability, and page speed improvements. 

• Collaborate with content and social teams to align SEO with content strategy. • Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics using SEO tools. 

• Identify content gaps and opportunities to drive organic growth. 

 • Optimize social profiles and content for discoverability (hashtags, keywords, captions, trends). KPIs 

• Organic Traffic Growth: Measurable increase in website visits from search. 

• Keyword Rankings: Improved rankings for target keywords. 

• Click-Through Rate (CTR): Optimized titles and meta performance. 

• Indexing Health: Proper crawlability and minimal technical errors. 

• Content Performance: Increased engagement and visibility on blog and social platforms. 

Requirements (Must-Have) 

1. Minimum of 5 years hands-on Technical SEO experience (not just certifications). 

2. Proven track record of growing organic traffic or rankings (must share case studies or portfolio). 

3. Strong experience with technical SEO audits (crawl errors, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure). 

4. Solid understanding of on-page SEO + search intent mapping. 

 5. Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush. 

6. Ability to identify and fix SEO issues independently (not just report them). 

7. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar). 

8. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site architecture. 

9. Experience optimizing both blog content and social content for discoverability. 

10. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
