Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for technical and medical equipment sales
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and partners
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and client satisfaction
  • Provide after-sales support, including training and technical guidance to clients
  • Monitor sales performance and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Provide feedback to management on product improvements and emerging market opportunities


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in medical equipment or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate them clearly
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially aware.
