Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven, technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of specialized equipment and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales expertise to deliver value-driven solutions, build long-term client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for technical and medical equipment sales
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and partners
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and client satisfaction
- Provide after-sales support, including training and technical guidance to clients
- Monitor sales performance and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Provide feedback to management on product improvements and emerging market opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in medical equipment or a related industry
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate them clearly
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially aware.
