The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products and solutions to industrial clients. The role requires a strong scientific background combined with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Promote and sell chemical-based products, laboratory solutions, or industrial materials
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer specifications
  • Conduct market research and track competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience in chemical, manufacturing, oil & gas, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
