Job summary
We are seeking highly skilled Technical Integration Specialists to support merchant and partner onboarding through seamless API integrations and technical enablement. This role is critical to ensuring smooth implementation of payment solutions, system interoperability, and post-integration performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end API integration for merchants and strategic partners
- Provide technical onboarding support and implementation guidance
- Interpret API documentation and assist clients with integration architecture
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless deployment
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and go-live support
- Monitor post-integration performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Maintain technical documentation and integration guides
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in API integrations, fintech implementations, or technical support roles is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system architecture
- Familiarity with payment gateways, POS systems, or financial platforms
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar)
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
