Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements
• Analyse existing systems and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Support software implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and system integration.
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and implementation reports.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in technical consulting, IT support, systems implementation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software applications, IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration, API implementation, and software deployment processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, reports, and user guides. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
