Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for both hardware and software-related tasks.
- Assist in the integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
- Help manage and maintain the company’s inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Conduct pre-deployment testing of systems and record test outcomes.
- Report technical issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Participate in the setup and installation of systems at client locations.
- Offer on-site technical support during installations and events to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic hands-on experience with electronics, wiring, or hardware/software setup (academic or personal projects count).
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow in a practical, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for installations and events.
