Team Performance Supervisor
Job summary
The Team Performance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, monitoring productivity, ensuring performance targets are achieved, and maintaining discipline and efficiency across assigned departments or units. The role focuses on performance management, operational compliance, and continuous improvement to support.

Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Management:
- Track and evaluate team performance against KPIs and operational targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct periodic performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
Operational Supervision:
- Supervise daily team activities to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Ensure tasks are executed in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
- Coordinate task allocation and workload distribution.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Facilitate onboarding and training of new staff.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct.
- Address team conflicts and escalate disciplinary matters when necessary.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain service or product standards.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and outcomes.
- Communicate performance updates and operational issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR on performance improvement plans and disciplinary procedures.
Problem Solving & Risk Management:
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of performance-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of Hr, or supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and performance management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
