Job Overview: This role plays a vital part in aligning product strategies with the bank's overarching mobility objectives, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that sustain a competitive edge and shared value in the Mobility Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivery phases.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for platforms and products.
- Document business objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Ensure alignment with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate customer journeys into features, workflows, and product design.
- Embed customer experience in platform and product design.
- Act as interface between business, tech teams, and vendors

Qualifications & Experience
