Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives
- Set, monitor, and drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new territories and grow market share nationwide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors in assigned regions
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance audits to ensure effective product detailing and coverage
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, activity reports, and market intelligence to management
- Ensure proper product knowledge, ethical detailing, and brand visibility across all territories
- Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Manage field sales budget, allowances, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide strategic feedback to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
