The ideal candidate will provide hands-on coaching, conduct joint field visits, and strengthen customer engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The supervisor will drive the team to meet monthly sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure accurate reporting of field activities.
- Supporting your team in resolving customer issues, improving route planning, and optimizing coverage across high-potential healthcare.
- Preparing market intelligence reports, overseeing stock flow with distributors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos healthcare market, excellent communication, and coaching skills.
- Having the ability to lead a performance-driven team is essential.
- The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, self-motivated, strong leadership and strategic field execution skills
