We’re Hiring: Relationship Officer (Field Sales & Onboarding)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Company: OmniPay Limited
Salary: 100,000 naira + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Complete and verify KYC documentation
• Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
• Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
• Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
• Share market insights and activity reports
Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
