We are recruiting for a teaching assistant to assist the lead teacher in the primary classes. must be a team player, willing to learn, passionate, with good communication skills. As a teaching assistant, you won’t only be assisting but teaching one or two specific subjects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Adapt creative, interactive, and engaging teaching methods to encourage pupils to actively participate in classroom activities and to develop cognitive, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Responsible for educating pupils in a fun and engaging manner, marking students’ work, and providing them with necessary feedback, encouragement, and support.
- Pay attention to each pupil’s progress.
- Attend meetings with other teaching staff, write reports, and undertake in-service training.
- Keep up to date on new teaching methods and developments in the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Must be an HND or B.Sc. graduate
- Minimum of two years of work experience.
- Have a good command of the English language.
- Be smart, polite, and have good communication and listening skills.
- Be a team player and have a passion for education. willing to take criticism/corrections.
- Subject specialty, such as home economics. Math, history, and citizenship are an added advantage.
